Lisa provides administrative support for all of KBO operations, including book keeping and human resources.

Jaime Stephens, MS, Research and Monitoring Director

Jaime works with the Executive Director and Research Advisor to set direction for KBO’s Research & Monitoring Science Team.  She oversees implementation of KBO’s long-term monitoring and applied ecological research programs.

Ian Ausprey, MS, Research Biologist

As a Research Biologist, Ian is responsible for translating KBO’s research and monitoring datasets into results that inform land management planning.

Robert Frey, Research Biologist

As the Banding Project Leader, Bob manages KBO’s network of long-term banding stations and our banding training program.

Karen Hussey, MS, Research and Monitoring Program Manager

Karen oversees development and coordination of the Oregon Coordinated Aquatic Bird Monitoring program, manages data, and provides support for KBO's terrestrial bird program.

Josée Rousseau, HBBO Program Director

Josée works on advancing science and education programs at the Humboldt Bay Bird Observatory, a KBO affiliate organization.  Josée works with the KBO Executive Director, Research and Monitoring Director and Research Advisor.

Annie Kilby, Education and Outreach Program Manager

Annie leads KBO's Education and Outreach Team working with our Research and Monitoring Team to help bridge the gap between science and education.

Elizabeth Williams, MS, Education and Outreach Project Leader

As a Project Leader, Liz coordinates KBO's K-12 education programs and works to deliver KBO's science to a variety of audiences.
