 Klamath Bird Observatory enjoys a long-running partnership with the Willow Wind Community Learning Center in Ashland, Oregon. Klamath Bird Observatory is actively involved with the Willow Wind learning community. KBO educators have taught a variety of semester-long courses and seasonal workshops at Willow Wind including Field Ecology, Wild About Birds!, Natural Area Managers, Ecology and Conservation, and a Winter Ecology workshop. KBO staff work with Willow Wind teachers to integrate bird education into various Willow Wind science offerings and hosts banding station visits for Willow Wind classes.
